The Silver Cup represents a meeting point in the community to experience award winning food (as recognised by the Michelin guide), a considered drinks menu and an environment in which everyone can feel comfortable and looked after. 

Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, the pub operates in a highly competitive market, with everyone fighting for the love (and spend) of customers.

With this in mind, we partnered with Matt & Michael, owners of The Silver Cup, to amplify their uniqueness online through web design and considered social media content.

The Approach

For the Silver Cup, it has always been about demonstrating the breadth of what makes the venue such a special place. From the attention to detail throughout the produce sourcing process through to the team members and patrons that bring the personality of the pub to life. 

Our role has been to bring this to life through content and a considered social strategy, working to curate an online identity that makes people want to visit and keep coming back.

The evolution of The Silver Cup branding was built around the desire for the duo to raise the level of sophistication that the pub exudes through its brand assets. This included the development and design of a new logo, a refined colour and font palette and whole new website.
